  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
    We offer shipping within the EU and worldwide international shipping, with free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Orders placed on business days are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. Estimated delivery times: EU orders: Normally 3-7 business days International orders: Up to 7 business days Customs & import fees: For orders outside the EU, please note that your purchase may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees determined by your country’s regulations. These additional costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by us. We work with a selection of trusted shipping carriers, including PostNord, UPS and GLS, with the carrier selected based on the destination country and address.
  • UNCOLLECTED OR REJECTED PACKAGE
    If a package is not collected or rejected upon delivery, the purchase will be refunded once it is returned to our warehouse, excluding any shipping charges or additional handling fees incurred.
  • LOST SHIPMENTS
    If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact Botané customer service immediately so we can assist you.
